Throughout the month of May, Practice Studio founder Kat Walsh will be playing in the gallery space and working on designs for her upcoming label Naught Nu. Naught Nu’s first collection will be made entirely from Kat’s current deadstock fabric stash and any trims, threads and notions will be sourced from within the studio’s walls. By buying ‘nothing new’ and limiting the availability of resources, Kat will be challenged to make the most of what already exists; an exercise in creativity guided by sustainable design principles.
